Student Visa Requirement
This is a simple Spain student visa application checklist to study in Spain from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depending on the profile of the student. We provide full support for your visa application.
Passport:
Initial passport valid for a minimum of 6 months (or, if longer, for the validity requested) and having at least 2 pages of blank visas and one copy.
Visa Application Form:
A template for a visa application duly completed.
Photo Specification:
Two frame-sized photographs must be taken during the last six months at least 35 mm × 45 mm.
Covering Letter:
Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.
Confirmation of Enrollment:
Letter of acceptance where you plan to study (including Approved Learning Centers, but not limited to them).
Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:
A receipt of payment is proof of payment made to the organization.
Academic Documents:
Please forward all your academic documents to Embassy / VAC.
Financial Means:
Proof of financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.
Health Assessment:
A recognized medical center must display your medical test report.
Health Insurance:
Evidence of the full duration of research coverage by health insurance.
Birth Certificate:
An original copy of a Certificate of Registration of Birth.
Police Clearance:
An initial copy of a Certificate of Police Clearance.
Accommodation Details:
When you have decided where you are going to study, you need to show more about the accommodation.

Applicants may submit a visa application directly to the Embassy of Spain in Dhaka by appointment if applying for long-term Category D visa. Appointment can be arranged by phone (+88) 02 988 1284 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. and during Ramadan from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Sunday to Thursday).
Applications for short-term C category visas need to be sent to the Dhaka Visa Application Centre. BLS International in Bangladesh deals with visa issues of the Embassy of Spain. For this reason, please apply for your Schengen visa to Spain through BLS International in Bangladesh.
