Student Visa Requirement

This is a simple Russian student visa application checklist for students who want to study in Russia from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depend on the student’s profile. We provide full support for your visa application.

Passport:

Original passport with a minimum validity of 16 months after the intended departure date and at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

Visa Application Form:

The applicant must fill out and sign the visa application form.

Photo Specification:

Recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60–80% face cover, white and borderless background (35 mm x 40 mm size).

Covering Letter:

Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.

Confirmation of Enrollment:

Original letter from a university or recognized educational institution confirming admission and duration of the course.

Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:

A receipt of payment as proof that you made payment to the organization.

Academic Documents:

All academic documents must be forwarded to the Embassy / VAC as required.

Financial Means:

Proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.

Health Insurance:

Evidence of full-duration health insurance coverage.

Health Certificate:

HIV Free certificate valid for only 3 months (HIV blood test should be done no earlier than 3 months prior to applying for a visa).

Birth Certificate:

Original copy of Birth Registration Certificate.

Police Clearance:

Original Police Clearance Certificate.

Accommodation Details:

When you have decided where you are going to study, you need to provide accommodation details.
