Passport:
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the intended stay and at least two blank visa pages. If you want a passport, please click here.
Visa Application Form:
Duly completed and signed student visa application form for China.
Photo Specification:
One recent passport-size photograph (35 mm x 45 mm) taken within the last six months with white background.
Covering Letter:
Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and information about who will bear expenses.
Confirmation of Enrollment:
Letter of acceptance from a recognized Chinese educational institution confirming admission and course duration.
Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:
A receipt of tuition fee payment as proof of enrollment.
Academic Documents:
Please submit all academic documents to the Embassy as required.
Financial Means:
Proof of sufficient financial resources to cover tuition and living expenses during the stay in China.
Health Insurance:
Valid health insurance covering the entire duration of stay in China.
Health Certificate:
Medical examination certificate issued by an authorized medical center.
Birth Certificate:

Police Clearance:

Accommodation Details:
Proof of accommodation arrangements in China.
