Passport:
Passport valid for an additional 3 months beyond the expected period of stay.
Visa Application Form:
A completed visa application form including date, signature, and attached photograph.
Photo Specification:
Latest passport-size photos (not older than six months) in color with a white background (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
Covering Letter:
Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.
Confirmation of Enrollment:
Letter of Approval from the university, college, or school indicating that you have been accepted and enrolled in a full-time training course.
Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:
A receipt of payment as proof that you made payment to the organization.
Academic Documents:
All academic documents must be submitted to the Embassy / VAC as required.
Financial Means:
Proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.
Health Insurance:
Evidence of full-duration health insurance coverage.
Birth Certificate:
Original copy of Birth Registration Certificate.
Police Clearance:
Original Police Clearance Certificate.
Accommodation Details:
When you have decided where you are going to study, you need to provide accommodation details.
