This is a simple New Zealand student visa application checklist for students who want to study in New Zealand from Bangladesh. Necessary documents depend on the student’s profile. We provide full support throughout your New Zealand visa application process.
Passport:
Original passport valid for at least six months from the start date of your planned New Zealand stay.
Visa Application Form:
A visa application form duly completed online.
Photo Specification:
Recent passport-size photographs (35 mm x 45 mm), taken within the last six months.
Covering Letter:
Cover letter detailing applicant information, passport details, travel details, and specifics on who will bear expenses.
Confirmation of Enrollment:
Letter of acceptance from the institution where you plan to study (including approved learning centers, but not limited to them).
Tuition Fees Payment Receipt:
A receipt of payment as proof that you have paid the tuition fee to the institution.
Academic Documents:
All academic documents must be forwarded to the Embassy / VAC as required.
Financial Means:
Proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your studies to cover expenses.
Health Assessment:
You must determine your recognized medical health from the New Zealand embassy.
Birth Certificate:
Original copy of Birth Registration Certificate.
Police Clearance:
Original Police Clearance Certificate.
Accommodation Details:
When you have decided where you are going to study, you need to provide accommodation details.

If you have all required documents, we provide processing/logistics support to get your visa stamped from Bangladesh (Logistics charge applicable). You do not need to visit the embassy in New Delhi, India to process your visa.
Online Visa Application
For New Zealand, you can apply online (recommended) and upload all required documents through their system. After payment of the visa fee, submit the application online. Then submit original passport(s) and application submission confirmation (email) to our office for passport verification from the New Zealand High Commission in India.
